Cancellation/No Show Policy: Your time is important to me which is why we make an appointment. Please be mindful and follow. There is a 24 hour cancellation fee -25%. If you do not show up to your appointment at all or in excess of 20 minutes, there will be a 25% no show fee. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy it is to forget you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show Fee will apply. As a courtesy, we will text/call/email to confirm your service prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the No Show Fee. The charge is non refundable and does not go towards any future appointments or products.
